Mainland Construction’s capability extends from greenfield site developments through to refurbishment of existing buildings.

It includes a design and build service which can deliver a cost-efficient integration of quality design with construction expertise for commercial, retail, industrial, warehouse, office, residential and mixed-use developments.

Projects are controlled by a Construction Management Team comprising a Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor who provide the client with a direct point of contact.

The team takes responsibility for every aspect of the project, co-ordinating and liaising closely with the client and his professional team, managing the design, development and construction process from commencement through to completion, maintaining standards of workmanship and monitoring cost controls. This "hands on" approach proves to be a great benefit for our Clients.
