Mainland Construction's involvement in a project often commences long before the design and construction process, assisting Clients with the identification of suitable sites, providing surveys and ground investigation through to land negotiation and build cost options. This concept, with design and feasibility studies is part of the service provided to the Client to allow him to achieve his goal.

The Construction Management team ensures close monitoring of every project so as to achieve a high standard of workmanship at a competitive price and within the agreed programme. It is able to draw upon the resources, knowledge and expertise of the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Divisions within the Mainland Construction Group.
